Morning mist
on spider’s webs,
Bright colored
leaves in dew,
And autumn
settles in stillness
As winter
comes in view.
But it still
remains true…
The earth
and all its seasons, Lord,
Are such a
gift from You.
Autumn’s
rain, winter’s snow,
Each season comes
at Your command
And when it’s
time, they go.
I lift my
song of praise
To You, who
laid each season’s course,
For all Your
wondrous ways!
Yet he has
not left himself without testimony: He has shown kindness by giving you rain
from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and
fills your hearts with joy.
