You set the winds upon their course,

Tides rise at Your command.

The mighty star, the tiny bird,

Both rest within Your hand.

 

You are the way I seek to walk,

The light that leads me on.

You are the truth that will remain

When all else is long gone.

 

You were the first, You’ll be the last,

And all that lies between

Will call You “Lord, Almighty God”,

When all is done and seen.
