You Hear Me

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I called on You a lot today,

And I kept You busy,

But You still took time to listen

And keep an eye on me.

 

How can You hear so many cries

Coming from everywhere?

So many voices call to You

In sorrow and despair,

 

In need, in worry, or in fear,

And You hear every word.

You hear and answer out of love

Every prayer that You heard.

 

Lord, I am grateful for the fact

That You are always near

And that, when I call out to You,

I know that You will hear!
