As wave on wave comes rolling in
I long to take a swim,For I know that it's boundless love
Coming to me from Him.
I've never been the kind of girl
Who deserved this much grace,
And yet He sends it, wave on wave,
Like a loving embrace.
How can He love me boundlessly?
It overwhelms my mind.
And yet, everywhere that I look
His love is what I find.
So here I stand, washed in His grace,
And, boldly, I now claim
That I will walk into that love
And live within His name.
