Life on the Edge

Things often seem precarious

When we’re perched on the edge,
And we think we might just get by
If we could reach the ledge.
Yet there’s a trick known by the few
Who always seem to thrive,
They simply choose to look to God
And thank Him they’re alive.
 
So don’t give up, look up instead.
Don’t fear life on the edge.
When you grow up toward His light
You’ll grow right past the ledge.
