I Lift My Eyes To You

Oh Lord, I lift my eyes to you,

For I am torn by pain,
But I know your redeeming love
Will make me whole again.
 
Oh Lord I lift my eyes to you,
For I am lost in sin,
And only through your saving grace
Can my soul ever win.

Oh Lord, I turn my eyes to you,

I live within your grace,
And I will seek you constantly
Until I see your face.

Isaiah 51:6

Lift up your eyes to the heavens, look at the earth beneath; the heavens will vanish like smoke, the earth will wear out like a garment and its inhabitants die like flies. But my salvation will last forever, my righteousness will never fail.
