Anger will stalk the heart of man,
Working to tear the soul
To which God gave new life and joy,
The soul His blood made whole.
At any peace we find.
Unless we cast it from our heart,
It will consume our mind.
A vulture with its prey,
Waiting for sin to answer rage
And seal the soul’s decay.
But forgive and move on.
Don’t let that evil eat at you
Until all life is gone.
Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on
your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil.
