The Hard Way

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The way has not been easy, Lord,

But that’s as it should be.

Some of the rougher patches came

Simply because of me.

 

But some have come to help me learn,

Or grow the strength I need.

While others have tilled up the soil

To plant a mustard seed.

 

The way is not easy to walk,

But I’ll walk willingly

The path that leads me back to You

And where I want to be.

 

Matthew 7:14

For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
