A Place in His Light - Revised and Re-Posted

The light rose from the darkened void

To warm the new formed earth
And each dawn brings a reminder
Of God’s plan for that birth.

Rise up, then, in each new day’s birth,
Rejoice within His Light,
For He has called us Beloved
And we are His delight.

As He spoke Light out of darkness
That we might know His Grace,
Let us give praise that, in His Light,
We each have our own place.
