Lord, whisper to me in my sleep

Of hope, of truth and grace,
That when I wake up in the dawn,
I’ll recognize Your face.
 
Whisper to me of Your promise,
Remind me of my debt,
That I might always remember
What I should not forget.
 
Whisper to me of Your heaven
Where I may dwell someday,
That I might walk a faith filled path.
For these whispers I pray.
