Some day I want to find myself
Upon a peaceful shoreWhere wave and tide have spent themselves
And trouble land no more.
To sit and listen to the song
Of wind and wave and sand
While time stands still and I can hold
A moment in my hand.
But God needs me now for His work,
So that’s where I will be.
Until the day when I can sit
In stillness by the sea.
