Unexpected Joy

Expecting the unexpected,

You never know what life will bring.
Even if you’re just sitting still,
Some joy might just sneak up and spring.
 
There’s so much joy all around you
And you don’t know where it will land.
Expect it over your shoulder
Or sitting gently on your hand.
 
Live in joy filled expectation,
Don’t doubt that it’s out there for you.
For God has plans in abundance,
There’s joy waiting out there for you.
