Change Happens Slowly

Change happens oh so slowly, Lord,

Though I do see some change.
I see myself, how far I’ve come,
Yet still it seems so strange
That I could live within Your grace
And not change more quickly.
Oh Lord, please keep me on the vine
Til I’m who I should be.
