You are the peace in which I rest
When I lay down at night.
You are the hope in which I rise
Within the morning’s light.
Through all that this life brings,
But it is in Your peace I find
The songs that my heart sings.
In peace I will both lie down and sleep;
for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.
