Today was crazy busy, Lord,
Without a single stop.Each time I paused to catch my breath
Some new crisis would pop.
But now I have time to sit still
And lift a thankful praise,
I don’t know how You get me through
Some of these wilder days.
Yet here I sit in the still peace,
As evening settles in,
Enjoying this time spent with You…
Til it all starts again.
